Shipping Policy

We know you can’t wait to get hold of the Big Red pieces you’ve been eyeing off on our website. That’s why we pack and ship all online orders within 24 hours of receiving your order from Monday to Friday during business hours, and excluding public holidays. If you order on the weekend or on an Australian holiday we will ship your order the very next business day. Tracking information will be provided for all orders.

Delivery Rates

All delivery and shipping charges are quoted in Australian dollars and are flat rate fees. All shipping options come with full parcel tracking.

AUSTRALIA

Australian orders are shipped either:

- Standard (3-7 business days) or

- Express (1-2 business days).

Australian orders valued over AUD$150.00 will receive free shipping using standard shipping services.

INTERNATIONAL

United States orders can be shipped using:

- Standard (10-12 business days) or

- International Express (7-9 business days).

If insurance is required, please contact us directly for a quote and note that extra charges will apply.

The customer must be responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable on the international parcel.

New Zealand orders valued over AUD$150.00 will receive free shipping using Australian Post International Standard to New Zealand.

All other international orders will be shipped using:

- USA and Canada: DHL Express for (1-4 business days)

If insurance is required, please contact us directly for a quote and note that extra charges will apply.

The customer must be responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable on the international parcel.

Please note: Your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Please ensure you double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order to avoid delays. Prices displayed on this website are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Refund and Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes the look or fit of an item ordered online isn’t quite right. That’s why we provide you with the peace of mind to be able to exchange, credit (via gift card) or refund a fully priced item up to 30 days after receiving your order.

If you decide that you need to exchange, credit or refund an item please let us know at gday@bigredclothing.com within 30 days of receiving the order, providing your reasons or exchange requirements. Orders must be received by the Big Red warehouse (address below) no later than 30 days after your order has been dispatched. Any returns that arrive after this time will not be accepted. Please do not send us clothing as a return before contacting our customer support team.

EXCHANGES, CREDITS OR REFUNDS:

Please email gday@bigredclothing.com within 30 days of receiving your order, providing the reasons for your refund/credit request or exchange requirements:

  • Ensure all items are in original condition and have not been worn, altered or washed
  • Ensure all items have the original tags, stickers and labels attached and packaging is in good condition
  • Enclose the original receipts and returns number, as advised by Big Red following receipt of your “returns email”

Return items via Australia Post (Australian and New Zealand) and DHL Express (for other international orders) with tracking to BIG RED RETURNS. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and we are not liable for any returned items that are lost in the post.

RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS

As sale items are heavily discounted, please note that we cannot offer refunds, credits or exchanges on any sale items, unless the item is faulty. Please choose carefully when making a purchase of sale items.

FAULTY ITEMS

We thoroughly check all goods prior to delivery and pride ourselves on the excellent quality of our clothing. However, in the unlikely case your item is faulty, we will replace the item for you, or if in the case that this is not possible, you may choose another item. If there is no suitable replacement item, we can offer you a refund. You will be reimbursed for return shipping charges for faulty items.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Whilst we endeavour to keep our stock levels up to date, there is a possibility the size or colour you have ordered may recently be out of stock. In this unlikely event, we will do our best to find you a replacement or else refund you.

PLEASE NOTE:

We do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.

Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item is incorrect (mistake of warehouse) or faulty.

Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days after the order is returned to our warehouse. We will send you an email to advise that the refund has been processed.
